Repackaging Epidemic Sound Music Library
As the leader of a hybrid team for Epidemic Sound’s Repackaging Project, I managed a large-scale, cross-functional initiative involving multiple stakeholders and teams. The project focused on reorganizing a music catalog of over 56,000 tracks, created by hundreds of music producers, songwriters, and artists. The goal was to restructure the catalog for better usability, aligning it with the needs of internal and external stakeholders and audiences use.
