Production Management for Reality Shows and Digital Advertising
In my role as Production Manager, I led a wide range of high-profile reality and Digital Advertising projects, including The Farm VIP (Farmen VIP), The Bachelor and Svenska Nyheter. I managed every aspect of the production process, from strategic planning and logistical coordination to live production management, ensuring that each project was executed flawlessly, on-time, and within budget. My focus was on keeping teams aligned, maintaining smooth communication, and ensuring seamless execution, even in high-pressure environments.
Objectives
The core objective was to manage the production process across multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring that all logistical, operational, and creative elements were seamlessly executed. My Role
I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring that teams were aligned with project timelines and goals. For reality shows like The Farm VIP and The Bachelor, I led the coordination of live recordings, managing real-time efforts on the floor to ensure smooth execution. For Svenska Nyheter and commercials, I handled pre-production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, overseeing the logistical needs and creative requirements of each shoot.
