Objectives
The primary goal is to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the retreat’s landing page. The ultimate aim is to increase sign-ups by reaching new audiences and optimizing conversion rates through data insight.
My Role
I support the team with digital analytics expertise, translating website and social media traffic into actionable insights to guide their strategic decisions. By utilizing digital tools and balancing creativity with strategy aligned to business objectives. This is an ongoing project.
Tools Used
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): I monitor user behavior, traffic patterns, and high-performing channels to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM): I implement custom event tracking to capture critical interactions and ensure accurate data collection.
- Looker Studio: I build intuitive, real-time dashboards to visualize campaign performance, track KPIs, and communicate insights effectively to the team.
- Hotjar: I utilize Hotjar to gain deeper insights into user experience through heatmaps, session recordings, and feedback surveys, helping to understand and optimize the customer journey as well as troubleshoot website issues.
Key Contributions
- I set up tracking frameworks to understand user engagement and optimize conversion funnels.
- I uncover actionable insights that help refine social media ad targeting and improve landing page performance.
- I work closely with the marketing team to turn data insights into creative strategies for engaging audiences more effectively.
